ACC Celebrates Excellence: NSTP-AFROTC CWTS 2024 Graduation Ceremony Shines with Future Leaders

July 27, 2024- In a vibrant display of discipline and dedication, the National Service Training Program-Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps (NSTP-AFROTC) and Civic Welfare Training Service (CWTS) held its 2024 Graduation Ceremony at ACC evacuation gymnasium.

The event was aimed at honoring the accomplishments of this year’s graduates, who have completed an intensive program designed to cultivate leadership, strategic thinking, and resilience.

In attendance to the event were Alwin John Matanda, NSTP Coordinator, Sgt. Marlon B Cainong PAFR VRI and AFROTC Coordinator, and Nichols Torado, NSTP-CWTS Instructor together with A2C Niño Inosante PAF – Admin In-Charge of 527TH DAST, Leezyl Bahinting, PAFR – VRI, all gathered to celebrate the achievements of the 2024 graduating class.

A total of 510 NSTP-CWTS graduates from all across the eight programs (BEED, BSEd- Math, Science, English, Social Studies, BSIT, BSHM, and BSEntrepreneurship), 251 from the Basic AFROTC Graduate, and 31 for the Advanced AFROTC both from the College of Criminal Justice Education.

This year’s cohort demonstrated outstanding performance, with several graduates receiving individual awards for their leadership and academic excellence.

The NSTP-AFRPTC and CWTS 2024 graduation ceremony served as a reminder of the importance of community engagement and the significant role young individuals play in creating positive change to the school and community.

This pivotal program continues to be an integral part of Abuyog Community College’s commitment to producing socially responsive citizens who actively contribute to the welfare of their communities.
