The spotlight burned bright at the ACC evacuation gymnasium on May 21 as the Elementary Education Students Association (EESA) brought glamour, intellect, and purpose together in the much-anticipated EESA Days 2026 featuring the coronation day of Mister and Miss BEEd Icon 2026.

At the heart of the celebration, Helbert Jaima of Team Pavloved and Nicole Ann De Guzman of Team Vygotskids rose above a field of confident and well-prepared contenders to be crowned Mr. and Ms. BEEd Icon 2026.

Jaima captivated the audience with his composed presence and articulate responses that reflected leadership grounded in service and discipline. De Guzman, meanwhile, impressed the judges with her poise, intelligence, and graceful command of the stage, embodying the qualities of a modern educator who leads with both heart and mind. Together, they symbolized the BEEd programโ€™s commitment to producing educators who are not only academically equipped but also socially aware and professionally driven.
