Ormoc City, March 31, 2026 โ€” Preparation meets precision as the Abuyog Community College (ACC) Screening Committee visited the City College of Ormoc (CCO) earlier today to ensure that its athletes and coaches are fully ready for the 2nd LCUAA VIII 2026 Games set from April 19-22, 2026.

Welcomed warmly by the CCO delegation, composed of EXECOM members, focal persons, coaches, and athletes, the ACC team led by Mr. Christopher Gallos, CPA, MM, meticulously reviewed and validated all documentary requirements for coaches and athletes, confirming compliance with the standards and guidelines set by the National LCUAA.

In his opening message, Mr. Aga C. Galabo, IE, MBA, Vice President for Student Affairs and Services of CCO, highlighted the significance of the screening process, emphasizing that thorough preparation and adherence to regulations are key to a smooth and fair competition.

Meanwhile, Atty. Nolito Quilang, OIC President/College Administrator, expressed gratitude to ACC College President Dr. Clemelle Montallana for enhancing the LCUAA screening process, noting that this yearโ€™s improvements signal the commitment of both institutions to excellence in collegiate sports.

The ACC Screening Committee also visited the billeting site at Ormoc City Central School, ensuring that all logistical aspects for the athletesโ€™ stay are organized and ready.
